Summer has finally arrived!!
COVID Numbers are still up and down, so please continue to stay safe. Here are the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as of May 26, 2022:
In Cook County, Illinois, the community level is High.
- Wear a mask indoors in public
- Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines
- Get tested if you have symptoms
- Additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness
People may choose to mask at any time. People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.

JUNE 28, 2022 GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARY ELECTION
- ARE YOU REGISTERED TO VOTE? Come see us at the Clerk’s Office, it takes less than 5 minutes; you must have two (2) forms of identification with at least one showing your current residence.
- VOTER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS? Must be a U.S. Citizen; • Must be 18 years old to vote in a Consolidated Primary or General Primary • Must have been a resident of the precinct at least 30 days prior to Election Day.
EARLY VOTING
For June 28, 2022, Gubernatorial Primary Election, traditional Early Voting will take place
June 13 – 27.
