Born and raised in Dixmoor, Napoleon B. Harris III is a lifelong resident of Thornton Township who has dedicated his career to public service. A former NFL player, successful entrepreneur, and community advocate, he transitioned into politics to make a lasting impact on his community.
Harris is the elected Thornton Township Democratic Committeeman and currently serves as Illinois State Senator and Assistant Majority Leader for the 15th District, where he has championed legislation to improve education, economic development, and public safety.
