Youth Utility Grant

The Thornton Township Youth Utility Assistance Grant provides financial assistance to young individuals in Thornton Township who are struggling with housing and utility expenses. 3. Must provide proof of residency and age
4. Must complete and submit the application by the deadline of April 15^th
